Our sales conditions apply exclusively.
The order placed by the customer is a binding offer. We are entitled to accept this offer within two weeks by sending an order confirmation by email and to send the ordered goods to the customer within this period.
There is no delivery obligation for an order.
The goods are priced in euros including VAT.
In addition to the price of the goods, the costs for packaging and delivery - shipping costs - are invoiced separately, resulting in the total purchase price without additional fees. In the case of the purchase price with extra fees - cash on delivery (post) or international transfer or international check (bank) - these will be invoiced additionally according to the current fee prices.
We only deliver against prepayment, payable within 14 days.
The goods can be returned in undamaged condition within 14 days. The shipping costs incurred for the return are to be borne by the customer.
We reserve ownership of the purchased item until full payment has been received.
